Coaching is an interactive partnership. Together we explore your goals and passions using them as a guide in creating the life path that fits you best. Coaching sessions are held virtually or by phone, lasting 45-60 minutes. At the onset of treatment, we will discuss the frequency of our sessions and develop a schedule. During our sessions, we will use effective and proven strategies to implement change. At the end of each session, we will review the plan for you to work on until our next session.
While coaching can be therapeutic and use therapeutic techniques, it is not therapy. During our work together, if we determine that you may benefit from seeing a therapist, we will discuss a plan for finding one.
Is it confidential?
Coaching sessions are confidential, and information shared in sessions will not be disclosed without your prior written permission. I assure confidentiality on my end when coaching by virtual sessions, phone and/or email, however, it is your responsibility to ensure it on your end. Clients, of course, are fee to discuss their sessions with anyone.
How long does it typically take to see results?
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals, the intensity of your commitment to them and the depth of your openness to the experience. The real work is done between our sessions. That being said, it is normal for your motivation to ebb and flow throughout the change process. Part of my work is to help you explore ways to boost and maintain your motivation level even when the work is challenging.

24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment or you will be charged a $100 fee.
